Practice what you preach
I came across this blog post (http://bit.ly/bO2vnS), which I thought was very interesting. As a health professional, it is very important to not only tell people what they should do, but live it. I try to get my patients to eat healthy and stop smoking, because I can personally tell them the benefits of it. I try to do any exercise I give to my athletes, because I want to see if it achieves what I want it to.
If we all practiced what we preached, we will all be healthier and happier.
Happiness and good health!
